Pharma Lessons has launched a new and completely free GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training course. The new course covers the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practices for medicinal products for human and veterinary use laid down in Commission Directives 91/356/EEC, as amended by Directive 2003/94/EC, and 91/412/EEC respectively. The materials are again freely accessible through the website’s main navigational menu. Alternatively the trainees can start the course from the GMP main page:

The GMP training course is split in 8 short chapters that summarize the most important information from the official guidelines. It is entirely web-based and is designed in the form of interactive presentations for everyone that wants to learn about the GMP regulations and requirements and latest legislation updates, which came into effect on 31 January 2013. The training does not require any registration or commitment. No additional software is necessary to view the chapters however for best experience users are advised to use Google Chrome.
Pharma Lessons is working on a number of other free courses. The company promises to have most of the courses released by the end of the year. The mission of this online portal is to provide as many free pharmaceutical training courses as possible and become the main hub for all people involved in clinical research that seek to improve their knowledge without spending any of their money.
